Right between Commons Park on the creek and expanding Union Station, the Glass House is in a nice little spot on RiverFront. There's a nice athletic club in the building, and a few cafes and bars a minute walk to the southwest.
You might want to check out the map to get directions, it shouldn't be that hard to find. The map is recommended though if you don't know Denver well, since it is on a road which doesn't get too much traffic. A plus if you're thinking about living here! It does look a bit gaudy and allllmost doesn't fit in LoDo with all that glass, but it does look sharp which is probably what most residents appreciate about it!

Acme Lofts
An impressive conversion project, parking is attached and covered.
It is on the far side of Cherry Creek, so not too much foot traffic but doesn't feel isolated. One of the closest lofts in LoDo to the Pepsi Center!

Premier Lofts Denver
At 2200 Market St., these luxury lofts are right in the Rockies neighborhood. Beer and baseball! Coors Field, Great Divide, and Breckenridge Brewery are all at your doorstep. Biker Jims is a hot dog lovers heaven, try the rattlesnake and pheasant dog!
Premier Lofts are newer and modern with great facilities. The sharp exterior design and original artwork inside throughout are nice touches.
That being said, the baseball crowd can get to be a bit of a drag. It is a long season! For basically luxury loft prices, more of the units should have more than just a juliet balcony. And you'll need to take your car to go grocery shopping. It can get a bit sketchy in that part of LoDo late night, as well.

Palace Lofts
This newer building is on the site of the Old Palace Theater, where cowboys used to go in the late 1800s to be 'entertained' by all the showgirls. Now it is one of the more aesthetically pleasing lofts in the area, and all the brick fits right in with the rest of LoDo!
Just a block from Market Street Station, the short walk there is filled with bars and restaurants. Try out Freshcraft, which has the best selection of beer in the area. They also offer eats way beyond the regular bar food. Avoid the hot dog place a few doors down, unless all you need is some strangely processed meat (i.e. hot dog) to fill you up.

LoDo West End Lofts
What a location for West End Lofts! At 1435 Wazee Street, you are on the same block as one of the best pizza joints in the city. This is one of the closest lofts to the Pepsi Center, with a nice walk across the Cherry Creek trail to go see the Avs or Nuggets play. Sharp looking exterior, I can never get enough of all the brick in Denver! A safe, secure lobby as well.
